This Privacy Policy explains what TokViewr collects, why, and who we share it with.
- Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image from Google.
- Viewer and export data: the TikTok usernames and video links you look up, your CSV export history, credit balances, amounts, currency and timestamps.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the payment status, amount and partial metadata Stripe shares with us.
- Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and abuse prevention.
- First-party analytics: a random visitor identifier, where your first visit came from (a link's utm_source or the referring website), the first page you opened, your country and device type, and steps such as searching, opening the pricing dialog or starting checkout. We use it to measure which pages help visitors and where checkout fails. It contains no IP address or browser fingerprint and is deleted after 400 days.
- To create and secure your account.
- To serve your lookups and keep your export history.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Public-data retrieval services: to retrieve the public TikTok content you request, we send relevant lookup details (such as a username, video URL, search query or comment identifier) to third-party data retrieval services. We do not include your TokViewr account name, email address or payment data in these requests.
- Stripe: payment processing, under Stripe’s own privacy terms.
- Google: sign-in authentication.
- Analytics providers: Plausible receives anonymous, aggregate page views. Microsoft Clarity receives session analytics — the pages you visit and how you interact with them (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement), which it replays to us as an anonymous session recording. Clarity masks text you type by default, and we do not send it your email, name or payment data.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and database providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
We use the cookies required for sign-in sessions and security; three first-party analytics cookies of our own (tkv_vid, a random visitor identifier kept for 400 days, and tkv_src / tkv_land, your first-touch source and landing page, kept for 30 days); and two analytics cookies set by Microsoft Clarity (_clck and _clsk) that let us tell one visit apart from the next.
We do not run advertising on TokViewr and we do not sell your data. You should know that Clarity is a Microsoft product and, when it loads, it synchronises an identifier with Microsoft's advertising domain (bing.com) under Microsoft's own terms. If you would rather not be measured at all, any tracker blocker will stop Clarity from loading — the site works normally without it.
Order and payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active and is deleted when you delete your account. Public TikTok data fetched from providers is cached briefly to control costs and is not tied to your identity.
You can at any time:
- Delete your account from Settings → Data. Deletion removes your profile, uploaded files and personal identifiers; order/payment records are anonymized and retained only as legally required.
- Contact support@tokviewr.com for access, correction or objection requests.
Credentials and secrets are stored encrypted or in access-controlled configuration; connections are encrypted in transit. No method is 100% secure, but we apply least-privilege access throughout.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
