Refund Policy

What you are paying for

TokViewr sells one-time export packs. You pay once, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Each pack adds a fixed number of credits to your account; one credit exports one row of data or downloads one video. Credits from a pack never expire.

Viewing public TikTok data is free and costs no credits.

Failed exports cost nothing

If an export or a video download fails on our side, no credit is deducted. Credits are only spent on an export file or a video list we successfully deliver.

Refund eligibility

• Within 14 days, barely used: if you are within 14 days of a purchase and have used no more than 20% of the credits that purchase added, contact us for a full refund. This applies to every pack, including a discounted one.
• Beyond 20% used: once more than a fifth of a pack has been spent, the purchase is not automatically refundable, because the data you exported has already been delivered.
• Beyond 14 days: purchases are not refundable after 14 days.
• Service faults: if a problem on our side stopped you using the Service, contact us regardless of the above. We will refund pro-rata or restore the credits at our discretion.

Refunded credits are removed from your balance. Credits that were already spent cannot be recovered.

Earlier subscriptions

Subscription plans bought before October 26, 2026 keep the refund terms they were sold under: a charge is refundable within 14 days if no more than 20% of the credits it released were used, and you can cancel the renewal at any time from your Orders page.

How to request a refund

Email support@tokviewr.com from the address on your account, including your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
