Welcome to TokViewr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using TokViewr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Provides

TokViewr lets you view publicly accessible TikTok data — profiles, videos, comments, follower and following lists, and profile pictures — anonymously in your browser, export that data as CSV or Excel files, and download public videos.

The Service is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

2. Credits and Payments

Viewing is free. Browsing public TikTok data in your browser does not cost credits and does not require an account. A daily viewing allowance applies to every visitor, with a larger allowance once you sign in.
Credits are only for exports and downloads. One credit covers one exported row — one comment, one video, one follower, or one following entry — or one video file saved with the bulk video downloader. Exporting 500 comments costs 500 credits; downloading 50 videos costs 50.
New accounts receive 100 credits once, valid for 30 days from the day they are issued.
Free viewing has a depth limit. Comment, follower and following lists show their first 60 entries without payment; any paid pack unlocks every page of those lists on every account.
Paid credits come in one-time packs. You pay once; nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Credits from a pack never expire.
Discounted offers may be shown at checkout. Each is limited to one purchase per account, only for accounts that have not bought before, and only while its stated countdown is running.
Subscription plans bought before October 26, 2026 renew until cancelled under the terms they were sold with, and can be cancelled at any time from your Orders page.
Credits are spent oldest-expiring first, so the batch closest to expiry is always used before a newer one.
Failed exports do not consume credits. Credits are only deducted for an export file we successfully deliver. A video download is charged when we hand your browser the list of video files; if some files then fail in your browser, retrying them within the same download costs nothing more. Download links expire after several hours.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except through the Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must only view and export content that is publicly accessible or that you own or have permission to use. You may not:

attempt to view or export private, restricted, or paywalled content;
abuse the free allowance through automated account creation or other means;
resell access to the Service or scrape it at disruptive volumes;
use exported data or downloaded videos to infringe copyright, harass individuals, or violate platform terms. Videos belong to their creators; re-uploading or commercially reusing someone else's video may require their permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The data shown comes from public third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of exported data complies with applicable law and the source platform's terms. Use it for research, analysis and reporting — not for harassment, spam or surveillance of private individuals.
