TokViewr is a TikTok comment exporter and viewer: export public comments to CSV or Excel, and browse public profiles, videos, followers and following lists without a TikTok login. It is an independent website that launched in August 2026. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance.

What TokViewr does

Export comments: paste a public video link and download its comments, and optionally their replies, as CSV or Excel. One file holds up to 5,000 rows.
View public pages: open a public profile, video, comment section, follower list, following list, reposts or stories in your browser. See the TikTok profile viewer and the TikTok comment viewer.
Export people lists: download the public followers or following list of an account.
Download videos: save an account's public videos as MP4 files without the watermark with the bulk TikTok video downloader.

It is used by marketers, researchers, social media managers and creators who need public TikTok data in a spreadsheet, for example for campaign reports, sentiment checks, audience questions or giveaway entries.

Where the data comes from

TokViewr does not use the official TikTok API and has no partnership with TikTok. When you look something up, TokViewr requests it from a third-party data service that returns the same public information TikTok shows to any visitor: public profiles, videos, comments and lists.

Public data only. Private accounts, deleted comments, comments hidden by TikTok's filters and anything behind a login are not available, so TokViewr cannot show them.
No TikTok login. You never sign in to TikTok on TokViewr and we never ask for a TikTok password, so your lookups are not linked to a TikTok account of yours.
Freshness. A result is reused for a short time so that repeat lookups are fast: up to 6 hours for profiles, videos and people lists, 2 hours for comments and 1 hour for a single video or search. Cached results are deleted automatically within two days.
Counts can differ. The number TikTok shows under a video includes deleted comments, comments hidden by filters and comments from accounts that went private, so an export often has fewer rows than that number.

How TokViewr is paid for

Viewing is free with a TokViewr account (Google sign-in): 100 page views a day, and the first 60 entries of every comment, follower and following list.
New accounts get 100 export rows, valid for 30 days.
One-time packs add rows that never expire: 25,000 rows for $19.99, 60,000 for $29.99 and 200,000 for $59.99. There is no subscription. One row is one comment, reply, follower or followed account, and one credit also downloads one video. A pack also unlocks full lists and 2,000 page views a day.

Using public data responsibly

The data TokViewr shows is public, but it is still about real people. Use exports for research, reporting, moderation and your own content work, follow TikTok's rules and the privacy laws that apply to you, and do not use them to harass or spam anyone. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
